The Danish female detective Astrid Aillume is back

After ending a five-year relationship, I returned to Copenhagen, back to the Aillume Apartments. I took on a challenging case, immersing myself in work, no longer daring to pursue anyone.

A billionaire hired me to retrieve an old-fashioned pen he had lost. The pen was locked in the safe of his mansion, and only his family knew the password. However, no one admitted to taking the pen.

It's indeed strange why a billionaire would care so much about a pen. My intuition tells me there might be more to it, but I enjoy unraveling mysteries; it's in a detective's nature.
